Plovdiv, Bulgaria - 25 April 2007

The Black Sea Ring Highway Caravan was today welcomed in Plovdiv by the Bulgarian Deputy Minister of Transport, Mr Georgi Petarneychev, Mr Atanas Slavov, Deputy Mayor of the City of Plovdiv, and Mr Koycho Rusev, Member of the Executive Board of the Bulgarian Road Transport Association (AEBTRI). Mr Todor Zlatkov Kocev, driver of the Bulgarian truck, received the Caravan Trophy from Mr Petarneychev.
